This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, enthusiastic, and flexible individual to make a meaningful difference in the life of a child and her family. You will be supported by a team of professionals and will work closely with therapists and family members to deliver the highest standards of care.

You must be sensitive to the needs and boundaries of the family and support the parent in maintaining the child’s structure and values. The ability to collaborate with the parent, follow their direction, and respect their role is essential.

While experience working with young people with additional needs is preferred, it is not essential. More important are the right personal qualities: a warm and playful approach, willingness to learn, flexibility, and a personality that aligns well with the child’s needs. Job-specific training will be provided.

The role requires a balance of working under the direction of the parent and/or Team Leader and acting independently when appropriate. You must conduct yourself with reliability, integrity, and complete trustworthiness at all times.

Due to the personal care needs of the individual and to maintain privacy and dignity, this role requires a female support worker.
