As part of this, we are always looking to recruit passionate and dedicated Support Workers to join client care teams. Roles vary depending on individual needs, and all posts require an enhanced DBS check.

What is the Role of a Support Worker?

Support workers play a vital role in helping our client’s live life as independently as possible by:

Assisting with personal care and daily routines.
Offering emotional support to the client and their family.
Helping to manage appointments and medication.
Supporting hobbies, life skills development, and community involvement.
Working closely with therapists to ensure consistent, integrated therapy input.

He has cerebral palsy, epilepsy, a gastrostomy, and an acquired brain injury. He is a cheeky, determined and resilient little boy with a huge smile and an infectious personality.

Salary: Day Rate £14.75ph / Weekends £16.00ph

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, enthusiastic, and flexible individuals to join a team to support a family to care for their 34-year-old son with cerebral palsy and associated complex care needs.Our client is a charmer and rather very loveable, he has built great relationships with his existing team. He enjoys the attention and has a fun-loving personality which you would be privileged to get to know.If successful you will have the opportunity to develop your skills, while contributing to his therapy programme which are incorporated into his day-to-day activities. Supported by a team of professionals, you will undertake a range of duties to support our client, working closely with other members of the team and family in providing the highest standards of care and support.
