At Positive OT & Case Management, we support children and adults living with a brain injury, spinal injury and other complex conditions. Our team creates tailored rehabilitation and case management programmes to help clients reach their goals.

As part of this, we are always looking to recruit passionate and dedicated Support Workers to join client care teams. Roles vary depending on individual needs, and all posts require an enhanced DBS check.

What is the Role of a Support Worker?

Support workers play a vital role in helping our client’s live life as independently as possible by:

  • Assisting with personal care and daily routines.
  • Offering emotional support to the client and their family.
  • Helping to manage appointments and medication.
  • Supporting hobbies, life skills development, and community involvement.
  • Working closely with therapists to ensure consistent, integrated therapy input.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Support Worker to join our team and provide high-quality care to a young client. This role involves supporting a 13-year-old child with a brain injury and cerebral palsy within the family home, particularly during time spent with her father. The focus is on promoting her independence and ensuring her physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Salary:

£15 per hour weekdays & £17 per hour weekends

Contract Type:

Part-time

We are looking for a rehabilitation support worker to come and support our cheeky, charismatic young female client – if you are looking for some real some real job satisfaction, this could be the role for you! A sense of humour is a must for this very sociable young girl. We are looking for someone who knows how to have fun and play, singing and dancing is a must so be prepared to get your dancing shoes on and your best singing voice at the ready!

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team and provide high-quality care to a young client. This role involves supporting a 22-year-old adult with a brain injury and cerebral palsy within the family home, particularly during time spent with her father. The focus is on promoting her independence and ensuring her physical, emotional, and social well-being.
