At Positive OT & Case Management, we support children and adults living with a brain injury, spinal injury and other complex conditions. Our team creates tailored rehabilitation and case management programmes to help clients reach their goals.

As part of this, we are always looking to recruit passionate and dedicated Support Workers to join client care teams. Roles vary depending on individual needs, and all posts require an enhanced DBS check.

What is the Role of a Support Worker?

Support workers play a vital role in helping our client’s live life as independently as possible by:

Assisting with personal care and daily routines.
Offering emotional support to the client and their family.
Helping to manage appointments and medication.
Supporting hobbies, life skills development, and community involvement.
Working closely with therapists to ensure consistent, integrated therapy input.

Support worker POTCM EW (Female Applicants Only GOQ/GOR Applies)

Location: Malton, North Yorkshire

Salary: £12.71 – £17.22 per hour

Hours: full-time hours, various shifts available, day shifts and sleeping nights

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Support Worker to join our team and provide high-quality care and assistance to a young adult who lives in her own home. This role involves supporting her with daily living activities, promoting independence, and ensuring her physical, emotional, and social well-being.She is a full-time wheelchair user with cerebral palsy who communicates via eye gaze technology.

Support Worker POTCM/KG/BT

Location: Derby

Salary: £14.50 per hour weekday hours & £15.00 per hour weekend day hours

Hours: Part-time

Support Worker POTCM JT

Location: Garforth, Leeds

Salary: £16 ph days, £18 ph nights

Hours: Part time and bank hours available

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team and provide high-quality care and assistance to our wonderful young adult male living in his own home. This role involves supporting him with daily living activities and therapy programmes, ensuring his physical, emotional, and social well-being, seizure management, medication administration and blended diet through gastrostomy, moving and handling. It is important that you are sensitive to the needs and boundaries of the family and are able to support the child’s parent when it comes to maintaining their structure and values.

Salary: £16.00-£18.00 per hour

Hours: Various hours avaible

We are looking for warm, kind and proactive Support Workers to support an amazing 3 year old little boy with cerebral palsy, epilepsy and complex care needs.This role is about so much more than providing care. It is about becoming part of a supportive team around a wonderful child and a lovely family, helping him enjoy the things he loves while providing the specialist support he needs to stay happy, safe and well. He lives at home with his mum, dad, sibling and two much-loved family dogs. Family life is busy, caring and centred around helping him enjoy life to the fullest.
