The role involves remaining awake throughout the night to monitor his wellbeing, respond promptly to any changes in his condition, and ensure a safe and calm environment. This position is suitable for a qualified Nurse, Nursing Assistant, or someone willing to undertake training in clinical care tasks.
It is important that you are sensitive to the needs and boundaries of the family and are able to support the child’s parent when it comes to maintaining their structure and values.
